This gun has never been fired. It came with a od green sling and 30 rd magazine. I beleive the receiver is milled, and has stamped on the left side of the rifle:
AKM/47S
7.62X39MM
M000666

On the bottom of the reciver is stamped:
NORINCO
SILE N.Y.,N.Y.
MADE IN CHINA

I am selling a PRE-1989 BAN Norinco 56S-1 AK-47 in 7.62x39mm. This is in BRAND NEW/ UNFIRED condition and is 100% serial numbers matching. This comes with the original box, bayonet, cleaning kit, and three 30 round mags. They are talking 1989 Import Ban, not an assault weapons ban. The MAK-90 stands for Modified AK 1990, they were imported till 1993 if memory serves me right. So they should all be pre-Ban. Here is more info about them; AK-47.net: Norinco MAK-90 AK.

I wouls think that the serial # alone would make it a valuable rifle. I need $$$ and am interested in selling this rifle.

I don't have a listing for this model but found one on-line for sale that will give you an idea as to it value.

The rifle that I own does not have a folding stock, and I do not have the original box. However, wouldn't you think that a rifle with this serial # would be worth as much? I really don't know in what direction to go from here. Thank you very much again, if you happen upon any additional iformation it would truly be appreciated.
